A Moravian welcome since 1750
A small, warm-hearted congregation in the historic Ockbrook Settlement. Whoever you are, there's a seat for you.
First time?
Our services are traditional and unhurried, with hymns, prayers and a short thoughtful talk — in a chapel that's welcomed worshippers since 1751. You'll be met with a friendly face, not a fuss.

Founded in 1750, the Ockbrook Settlement is six acres of listed red-brick Georgian buildings, with a Grade II* chapel dating to 1751. The church is the living heart of a community whose roots reach back through Herrnhut in 1722 to Bohemia in 1457.
The Settlement is a living community with several users — the church is one part of the wider settlement.
